Malwarebytes clean removal tool will uninstall MB3, when your reboot, and if you don't want it installed again Click No when prompted to reinstall Please follow the steps in this pinned topic to un-install your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - Malwarebytes mb-clean tool NOTE: After un-installing with the mb-clean tool you will be asked to reboot.
Once you reboot it will ask you if you want to re-install Malwarebytes, you can select YES it will download the latest version If you are not prompted to install the latest version, you can download the latest version manually currently v3. Click the Malwarebytes app icon to open Malwarebytes. Click Help. Clicking it prompts a drop-down menu. Click Uninstall Malwarebytes.
This option is in the Help drop-down menu. Doing so will launch the Malwarebytes uninstall program. Enter your administrator password. Type in the password that you use to log into your Mac's administrator account. Click OK. It's in the bottom-right side of the window. Malwarebytes will uninstall itself from your computer at this point. Click Go again, then click Go to Folder…. It's near the bottom of the drop-down menu. Doing so opens the hidden Library folder.
