I gotta be honest, I'm not sure what in the world you guys are talking about. The driver was even in my "Recommended Updates" section in the Control Panel. I installed it on my Precision M65 bit Windows 7 system and it's running smooth - not a single problem whatsoever. The windows driver ID for the bit driver is Am I missing something here?? I don't understand what all the fuss is about Guest Guest. Historically I have found that the built in OS drivers or Windows update drivers were always a bit sub par.
However in the case of the FX , this doesn't seem to hold true. So I tried the 64 bit Vista driver which was the only thing I could find that would install. All the nVidia drivers said the hardware wasn't compatible. The Vista driver worked fine, except some apps, mostly the Built in games and Acrobat.
When running in full screen, they would split the screen in half and then duplicate the left hand side onto the right hand. I was about to go back to XP64, when I reinstalled 7 64 and let windows update update the driver.
