We do not provide returns on custom patches or other custom items unless it was a mistake on our part. We'll create a mockup of your patches and send to you for approval. We will create a free sample patch and email a photo for your approval. Once you approve your patch's design, we'll start production. Your custom patches are shipped to you anywhere in the world. Choose from hundreds! Your patches can be any shape or size, wide or tall — plus Velcro is standard. After you approve the quote, we will get started creating the custom artwork for your patch.
We should be able to provide a first draft of the artwork in days for you to review and provide feedback and revisions.
